These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 95bd platform (www.95bd.ws) and all its services. By opening an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully from start to finish.

95bd is an online gaming and betting platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. Our services include Sports Betting, Lottery, scratchcards, keno, and more. Where these terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative for Bangladeshi users.

95bd's terms and conditions are developed in line with international online gaming standards. Every term is written on the principles of fairness and transparency, protecting the interests of both members and the platform.

To open an account with 95bd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own identity and information — using someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
• A national ID card or other valid identification may be required for verification.

95bd reserves the right to reject any registration request, particularly if there is reason to believe the information provided is false or that the account will be operated in violation of the terms. The account verification process follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with international standards.

Password & Login Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. 95bd will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account security has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 95bd:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if full KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

95bd strictly complies with anti-money laundering laws. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

95bd's Sports Betting section covers Bangladesh cricket, football, tennis, and other major sporting events worldwide. The following rules apply to all betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet will be the final applicable odds.
• If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, 95bd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 95bd's policy.
• 95bd is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.

In any betting dispute, 95bd's decision shall be considered final. However, members may appeal through the support team, and every appeal will be reviewed fairly.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit is set for each event and market type. These limits are subject to change and 95bd may revise them without prior notice. Please check the maximum limit for a specific event before placing your bet.

95bd's lottery section offers daily draws, weekly mega jackpots, Kino, and instant scratchcards. Terms for lottery participation:

• Minimum ticket price starting from ৳10.
• Each draw result is determined by an automated and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Additional verification may be required for winnings that exceed ৳10,000.
• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• A Mega Jackpot prize may be shared among multiple winners.

Kino lottery draws are held every 3 minutes. Scratchcard prizes are credited to your account instantly. Any unclaimed prizes within 30 days will be considered forfeited.

95bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real money only after the applicable conditions have been met.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus offer active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is identified, 95bd reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus offers are time-limited — they will expire if not used within the specified period.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. Claiming the welcome bonus more than once from the same individual or the same IP address is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bd platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using insider information on live matches.

95bd reserves the right not only to close the account of anyone involved in such activities, but also to report them to the relevant legal authorities if required.

95bd takes the privacy of its members' personal information very seriously. Details provided during registration are used solely for account management, payment processing, and customer support.

• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.

95bd believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of financial gain. We encourage all our members to play responsibly. To support this, 95bd provides the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you want to play each session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, suspend your account for 6 months or longer.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your play time and spending.

95bd may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• Due to legal obligations.

Any remaining balance at the time of account closure (where applicable and where no terms have been violated) will be refunded. In the case of self-exclusion, the account will not be reactivated before the specified period has ended.

95bd accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses or missed bets resulting from internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from errors or delays by third-party payment gateways.
• Account information theft or hacking resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Games interrupted due to unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Any financial loss resulting from gaming — gaming is entirely at the individual's own risk.

The platform's maximum liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

95bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance via their registered email or through platform notifications.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and mutual resolution.
